About this piece
🌸 For the moments when you need to get out of your head and feel your feet on the Earth again.
FES Grounding Green is a deeply Earth-centered flower-essence formula created around connection, embodiment, and a renewed relationship with nature. It is traditionally chosen when modern life feels too digital, too fast, too disconnected, or simply too far removed from the natural world.
- Choose it when: you feel ungrounded, overstimulated, disconnected from nature, or emotionally “floaty.”
- Energetic focus: rootedness, body-Earth connection, steadiness, and ecological awareness
- Formula character: green flower essences paired with Silver Fir, Sitka Spruce, and Cedarwood essential oils for an earthy, centering ritual
It is a beautiful everyday companion for city living, travel, screen-heavy routines, meditation, gardening, and any time you want your energy to feel more rooted and present.
