About this piece
🌸 When your heart feels heavy, Borage is the flower essence associated with finding courage underneath the weight.
Borage flower essence is traditionally chosen for periods of grief, discouragement, or emotional heaviness. Its positive theme is a more buoyant heart—one that can acknowledge difficulty while still finding the courage and optimism to keep participating in life.
- Choose it when: you feel heavy-hearted, emotionally flattened, or intimidated by what you are facing
- Energetic focus: courage, optimism, heart-strength, and emotional lift
- Best fit: grief rituals, difficult transitions, and moments when you need to reconnect with your inner “yes.”
This is an especially compelling essence for the person who is not asking to pretend everything is fine—only to feel enough heart-strength to take the next step.
