About this piece
A pendulum is a small weight, often a crystal, hung from a chain so it can swing freely. It is traditionally used for dowsing: you hold the chain still, ask a yes-or-no question, and watch the direction of the swing. Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz.
A lovely sterling Chakra Pendulum. Gemstone Dowsing Pendulum jewelry. Quite simply, a pendulum reacts to your subconscious mind. When held properly, the pendulum will react to very small nerve reactions in your fingers that are generated by your unconscious mind in response to a question poised. There are seven chakras; Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, and Third Eye chakra.
- Metal: .925 sterling silver
- Brand/maker: crystal Earth Studio
In crystal traditions, amethyst is associated with calm, peace, and spiritual awareness.
