4" White Sage with Eucalyptus & Palo Santo Smudge Stick, from the smudge, resin & censer supplies drawer.
Loose material for burning on charcoal or in a shell. Burn in a heat-safe vessel with airflow and never leave it unattended.
Its name points to cleansing; that comes from practice and folklore, not a promised result.
Mailed from New York, or collected at Namaste Bookshop on 14th Street; payment is taken on Shopify.
About this piece
aromatic Palo Santo ("holy wood") sticks, from the Bursera graveolens tree of South America. Palo Santo is traditionally burned in cleansing rituals and meditation; light one end, let it flame for a moment, then blow it out and let the fragrant smoke drift.
